What's included: - 12 ft x 16 ft play area which includes White Gates - Soft Stacking Blocks to match the colors of your theme - You choose ANY (5) items to create your package *View the package options on the Custom Package page* Choose your customize options here: https://www.partylikeatoddler.com/customizepackage Important Details: -Travel Fee: $2/mile (one-way) from 85353, up to 40 miles. -Rental: 4 hours (+1 hour setup). Latest timeframe: 3PM–7PM. -Setup: Clean, flat, dry surfaces only (grass, turf, hard surfaces). -No parks, gravel, or dirt. Security Deposit: -$50 refundable deposit secures your date. -Deposit is refunded after equipment inspection and play rules are followed after your event. -Full balance due 7 days before the event. Cancellation Policy
PLEASE NOTE, the security deposit is refunded after your event assuming rental agreement terms are followed and everything is returned in good condition. The refundable security deposit is not deducted from your invoice total. The total balance is due 7 days (1 week) prior to your event. If the total balance is not paid in full by the invoice due date, which is 7 days (1 week) prior to your event, Party Like A Toddler LLC reserves the right to cancel the unpaid party reservation, this will result in cancellation fee totaling the security deposit. The toddler area is for children crawling to ages 5 years old and under. Adults and older children are not permitted to play on the equipment intended for toddlers. Adults are only permitted onto the play area for the sole purpose of accompanying children in their care. Adult supervision is required. Cancellations fourteen (14) days or more prior to the event will receive a full refund. Cancellations less than fourteen (14) days prior to the event will result in loss of the security deposit. Cancellations on the day of the event for any reason will not be fully refunded. There will be a cancelation fee of 25% of the invoice total AND loss of the security deposit.
