Deluxe XL Ball Pit

Service Description

Deluxe Ball Pits cannot be set-up in parks, on dirt, sand, rocks or uneven surfaces. Grassy areas must be completely dry and flat. A $75 refundable security deposit is needed to reserve the event date. This deposit refundable after the event if no damage or additional cleaning is needed. Additionally, loading/unloading area MUST NOT be more than 100 feet from the placement area. Additional fees will apply, or we may require a different location if the placement area is not easily accessible. The ball pit requires over 4,000 balls and the structure is delicate and very heavy so please keep that in mind when choosing a location. A 12x12 space required and location for setup must be easy to access with a clear and direct path. Ball pit can accommodate up to 8 babies or toddlers. Intended for children 7 and under. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations fourteen (14) days or more prior to the event will receive a full refund. Cancellations less than fourteen (14) days prior to the event will result in loss of the security deposit. Cancellations on the day of the event for any reason will not be fully refunded. There will be a cancelation fee of 25% of the invoice total AND loss of the security deposit.
